Telemetry overview

VendSoft integrates with leading telemetry providers to help you receive sales and cashless payment data directly from your machines.

Below you can find setup guides for each supported provider:

Cantaloupe integration provides real-time MDB sales and telemetry data directly into VendSoft.

Nayax integration allows VendSoft to receive real-time transaction and telemetry data from your machines.

With the HAHA integration, VendSoft receives real-time sales data and can also automatically import your machines, locations, inventory, and planograms once the integration is activated.

VendSoft also supports telemetry providers that use the NAMA VDI protocol. This includes providers such as Crane, 365 Retail Markets, Coinco, AirVend, Greenlite, and other providers supporting the same standard.

VendSoft also supports MicroMart systems through CSV sales imports. Sales data exported from MicroMart can be imported into VendSoft to help keep your reporting and inventory data up to date.
