You can use the following procedure to integrate VendSoft with any telemetry provider supporting the NAMA VDI protocol.

Check your VDI Customer ID on the Profile screen:

Please ask the telemetry provider's support team to configure your devices to send the DEX data to VendSoft. This should be done using the NAMA VDI protocol and the following parameters:

VDI URL: https://secure.vendsoft.com/vdi/report

VDI Customer ID: <your ID from the profile screen>
