You can print trip data on paper to capture service information while visiting machines and later enter it on the Enter Trip Results screen.
Print a Service Sheet
Go to the Trips screen
Select a trip
Click Service Sheet
The system generates a PDF report, which you can:
Save locally
Print

What the Service Sheet Includes
The report lists all machines in the trip:
Grouped by location
Ordered based on the trip setup
Location Details
For each location, the report includes:
Address
Working hours
Contact person
Contact phone
Notes
Machine Data
For each machine, you can record:
Cash collected
Meter values (if enabled):
Vend meter
Cash meter
Credit card sales
The required data depends on the machine type
(e.g., soda, bulk, coffee machines).

Alternative: Use the Mobile App
Instead of using paper, you can record data directly using the VendSoft mobile app.
