Generate a Prekitting Report
Go to the Trips screen
Select a trip
Click Print Prekitting
The system will generate a PDF report with the required products and quantities.
Overview
Prekitting is the process of preparing products before visiting locations.
Without prekitting, the typical workflow is:
Visit the location
Check inventory
Return to the truck
Find and load products
Go back and refill the machine
With prekitting:
Products are prepared in advance
Servicing becomes faster and more efficient
How Quantities Are Calculated
The system calculates required quantities using:
Average Vends per Day × Number of Days Since Last Fill

Prekitting Summary
The first section of the report shows all products across the trip.
For each product, you can see:
Product to Load — total quantity needed
Used in # Machines — number of machines containing the product
Current Warehouse Quantity
Products are grouped by type (e.g., Beverage, Food).
Prekitting Details
The detailed section lists all machines included in the trip.
For each machine and product, you can see:
Last Fill Level
Average Vends per Day
Predicted quantity sold since last visit
Next Steps
After preparing the products:
Service the machines
Record data using paper or the VendSoft mobile app
Enter results in the Enter Trip Results screen
