You can review all transactions related to a product using the Product History screen.
Access Product History
Go to the Inventory screen
Select a product
Open the Show Product screen
Click History
Product History Overview
The screen displays a list of all transactions for the selected product.
Transaction Data
Each record includes:
Date
Date of the transaction
Type
Type of transaction (see below)
Quantity
Transaction quantity:
Negative for Write-Off
Positive or negative for Adjustment
Positive for all other types
Description
Additional details depending on transaction type
Transaction Types
Initial
Initial inventory setup when the product was created
Purchase
Created when a purchase is recorded
Sold
Created when a trip is saved
Empty
Created when products are removed from a machine and returned to the warehouse
Use the Emptied (returns) field in Enter Trip Results screen in the mobile app during a service trip
Write-Off
Created when damaged or expired products are removed
From machines: use Bad (discarded) in Enter Trip Results screen in the mobile app during a service trip
From warehouse: use Write-Off in Inventory
Adjustment
Created when warehouse stock is adjusted (e.g., stock-taking) using Adjust Product Quantity
These records can be deleted directly from History.
