Use the Write-Off function to remove damaged or expired products from your warehouse.
Overview
Write-offs apply to warehouse inventory only
To remove damaged items from a machine, create a trip and use the Enter Trip Results process in the VendSoft mobile app and enter the quantity in Bad (discarded)
Write Off Inventory
Go to the Inventory screen
Select a product
Open the Show Product screen
Click Write-Off

Optional description
Displayed in:
Write-Offs / Adjustments report
Results
After saving:
In Warehouse quantity is reduced
Total In-Stock is recalculated
