Before the integration can be enabled, you will need to obtain an API key from the Instant Systems Support team.

Instant Systems uses a single API key for authentication.

How to connect Instant Systems to VendSoft

Contact Instant Systems Support and request your API key.

Once you receive the API key, send it to the VendSoft Support team.

VendSoft will configure the integration on your behalf.

3. VendSoft will configure the integration on your behalf.

Once the integration is enabled, VendSoft will automatically synchronize:

- Machines
- Products
- Planograms
- Inventory levels
- Sales transactions

No additional configuration is required on your end after the API key has been added.

After that, all future restocking should be done using the mobile app to ensure inventory levels stay accurate.
