Custom Fields allow you to customize your entities (Machines, Locations, Products, Purchases, and Suppliers) by adding fields to store additional information.
Custom Field Types
There are five types of custom fields:
Text – a regular text field
List – classic dropdown list with an option to select one choice.
Memo – a large text area
Number – a field for number values
Date – a field that accepts dates only
Creating and Editing Custom Fields
You can create custom fields from the screen settings Configuration -> Custom Fields
