A trip is a list of locations and machines scheduled to be visited and serviced on a specific date.
To record sales for a vending machine, it must be included in a trip.
Access Trips
You can view and manage your trips from the Trips screen.
Trips Table
The Trips screen displays the following columns:
Number
Trip number generated by the system
Trip Date
The service date of the trip
Driver
Name of the driver who executed the trip
Cash Collected
Total amount collected from all machines in the trip
Credit Card Sales
Total credit card sales from all machines in the trip
# Locations
Number of locations included in the trip
# Machines
Number of machines included in the trip
Status
Current trip status
Description
Free-text description of the trip
