You can view the current status of products in a machine using the Predictions feature.
This screen shows the predicted quantities needed to refill the machine to its Last Fill Level (Last Count).
Access Predictions
Go to the Machines screen
Open a machine
Click Predictions
Product Data Overview
The screen displays all products currently in the machine, along with the following data:
Capacity & Fill Levels
Max Capacity
Total maximum capacity for the product in the machine.
Calculated as the sum of max capacities of all selections containing the product.
Last Count (Last Fill Level)
Total fill level from the last service.
Calculated as the sum of Last Fill Levels of all selections with this product.
Current Inventory
Current Count
Predicted current inventory level for the product.
Current Count = Last Count − Units Needed
Units Needed
Number of items required to refill the machine.
Units Needed = Vends per Day × Number of Days Since Last Visit
Sales Data
Vends per Day (VPD)
Average daily sales for the product.
Calculated based on data from the last six machine visits.
The system requires at least two visits to calculate VPD.
All displayed data is calculated based on the current date.
