You can view all trips for a selected machine, along with summarized data per product and date, using the Service History screen.
Access Service History
Go to the Machines screen
Open a machine
Click Service History
Trips Overview
The screen displays a list of all trips executed for the selected machine.
The layout is split into two sections.
Trip List (Left Side)
On the left, you can see all trips that include this machine, with the following details:
Date
Trip service date
Trip
Trip number
Sold
Total number of items sold during the trip
Gross
Gross sales for the trip
(Sum of Sold Quantity × Vend Price for all products)
Collected
Cash collected from the machine
Commission
Commission amount to be paid
Driver
Name of the driver who executed the trip
Trip Details (Right Side)
When you select a trip, the system displays product-level details:
Product Name
Sold
Number of items sold for each product
Export Data
Sold by Product
Click Sold By Product to export data showing:
Number of vends per product
Per trip (date)
Filled by Product
Click Filled By Product to export data showing:
Quantities filled into the machine
Per product and per trip (date)
