You can view and manage your vending machines from the Machines screen.
Machines Table
The Machines screen displays the following columns:
General Information
Code
Name
Model
Machine Type
Configuration
Columns
The number of slots/selections defined in the machine’s planogram.
If the machine has no configuration, the system highlights the cell in yellow.
Location
Location
The location where the machine is currently installed.
Click the name to open the Show Location screen.
If the machine is not assigned to a location, the system highlights the cell in yellow and shows:
“Install at Location.”
Visits
Last Visit
The date of the most recent visit (trip with status “Posted”).
Empty if no trips exist.
Days since visit
Number of days since the Last Visit date.
Service
Days in service
Number of days since the machine was installed at its current location.
Empty if the machine is not installed.
Financial
Total Collected
Total amount of money collected from the machine.
Calculated as the sum of Cash Collected from all trips.

Key
Serial number
If custom fields are defined, they will appear as additional columns in the Machines grid.
