1. Create your Grabot machines in VendSoft
Log in to VendSoft and create a machine for each Grabot device you want to connect.
When creating the machine, select Grabot as the machine type.
2. Enter the Grabot Telemetry ID
Each Grabot device has a unique device number that starts with T000..., for example:
T00000644
Enter this number in the Telemetry ID field of the corresponding machine in VendSoft.
It is important to make sure that each Grabot device number is assigned to the correct VendSoft machine. VendSoft uses the Telemetry ID to identify which machine the incoming Grabot sales belong to.
3. Enable the VendSoft integration in the Grabot app
In the Grabot mobile app, go to:
Grabot App → Settings (4th tab) → VendSoft Data Authorization
Enable VendSoft Data Authorization.
Once enabled, Grabot will be authorized to send data from your devices to VendSoft.
4. Products and planogram columns will be created automatically
You do not need to create the products or planogram columns manually in VendSoft.
After the integration is enabled and the correct Telemetry ID is assigned, VendSoft will start processing the future sales received from Grabot.
As sales are received, VendSoft will use the product and selection information included in those transactions to automatically:
create the corresponding products in your VendSoft inventory;
create the appropriate columns in the machine’s planogram; and
associate the incoming sales with those products and planogram columns.
This means that the products and planogram will be built gradually based on the new sales data received from Grabot after the integration is set up. A product or column may therefore not appear immediately—it will be created once VendSoft receives a sale containing that product/selection.
Once these steps are complete, no additional activation is required on the VendSoft side.
