How to import sales from Micromart or Vendera

This guide explains how to import sales data from Micromart or Vendera into VendSoft.

Step 1: Export data from Micromart or Vendera

  • Export the Transaction Items file from Micromart or Vendera.The file format is CSV for MicroMart and Excel for Vendera.

Step 2: Upload the CSV / Excel file in VendSoft

  1. Go to the Configuration tab in VendSoft.

  2. Open the Telemetry section.

  3. Navigate to the Sales Import tab.

  4. Upload your exported CSV or Excel file.

Step 3: Map machines and products

  • On the next screen, match:

    • Machines from the file to your machines in VendSoft

    • Products from the file to your product list

    Make sure all mappings are correct before proceeding.

Step 4: Import transactions

  • Once mapping is complete, continue to the next screen.

  • Click to import the transactions.

After completing these steps, your transaction data will be successfully imported into VendSoft.
