How to import a MicroMart CSV file

This guide explains how to import sales data from MicroMart into VendSoft using a CSV file.

Step 1: Export Data from MicroMart

  • Export the Transaction Items file from MicroMart in CSV format.

Step 2: Upload the CSV File in VendSoft

  1. Go to the Configuration tab in VendSoft.

  2. Open the Telemetry section.

  3. Navigate to the Sales Import tab.

  4. Upload your exported CSV file.

Step 3: Map Machines and Products

  • On the next screen, match:

    • Machines from the file to your machines in VendSoft

    • Products from the file to your product list

    Make sure all mappings are correct before proceeding.

Step 4: Import Transactions

  • Once mapping is complete, continue to the next screen.

  • Click to import the transactions.

After completing these steps, your MicroMart transaction data will be successfully imported into VendSoft.
