Steps to Configure Credit Card Fees
Go to the Configuration tab in VendSoft.
Open the Telemetry section.
Locate the relevant telemetry provider.
Enter the appropriate credit card fee in the designated field, based on the provider’s fee structure.
Click Save fee to apply your changes.
Important Notes
Telemetry providers will only appear automatically in this section after VendSoft has received the first sales data from them for your account.
If no sales have been received yet, the provider will not be available for configuration.
Reporting
The configured credit card fees are reflected in the Profit Loss (Telemetry) report, where you can review their impact on your financials.
